Duration of Coaching Sessions

Please allow a full hour’s time in your schedule.
Certain work formats will require more time. This will be agreed in advance.

Coaching Process

You will decide how many hours you wish to spend working with me. I will suggest an appropriate process and sequence in our first session together.
From my experience, covering specific skill-related coaching needs will require 1 to 5 sessions. Life coaching processes with a couple of related topics may take us through 4 to up to 10 sessions.
In the early phase of a coaching process, time spans of 1 to 2 weeks between sessions have proved to be effective; later on, longer intervals work well.

Investment

Individual Coaching Sessions: EUR 190,- for private individuals;
EUR 290,- for business and corporate clients;
Group Coaching Sessions: Prices agreed in accordance with group size.

Tax Information: I am a licensed Business Consultant. Fees paid for professional, job-related coaching are tax deductible for all clients, employed as well as self-employed.
