As a certified coach, I am obliged to observe strict confidentiality of all personal and professional data and information disclosed to me in the course of a coaching process.

Fees are payable at once.

Appointments can be cancelled free of charge, in writing, up to two business days prior to the date agreed. Afterwards, the full session fee may be invoiced.

Austrian law ist deemed to apply to all parties to a contract, even when a contracting party is domiciled outside Austria.

Place of delivery and of jurisdiction is Vienna.
